    Second Half – Building Dual Career Paths is a project designed to support professional and retired athletes in their transition from sport to employment. Its aim is to equip athletes with digital skills, career advice and mentoring support that will help them build sustainable careers after their competitive careers end.

    Through innovative learning tools, expert support and international cooperation, the project creates real opportunities for professional development, employment and social inclusion, ensuring that athletes are equipped for life after sport.

Key project results 

The project will deliver the following main results:

    • Digital platform for dual career
      An online center offering training modules, career resources, access to mentoring, and educational materials.
    • Digital skills training program
      Работилници фокусирани на дигитална писменост, личен брендинг, претприемништво и вештини за вработување.
    • Career Counseling and Mentoring Program
      Individual counseling and connection with mentors for support in defining career paths.
    • National networking events
      Events that connect athletes with employers, educational institutions, and career experts.
